NEON Consulting joins the fast-growing Jellyfish Group
Create, Adapt, Connect and Optimise
NEON Consulting, the agnostic martech consultancy arm of Splash Worldwide, announced today that it is joining the Jellyfish Group, alongside the acquisition of Splash Worldwide.
Jellyfish’s rapid expansion (the company has been growing at an average of 45% per annum consistently over the last eight years) comes against a backdrop of consolidation and challenges in the traditional agency sector. Jellyfish’s success lies in helping brands with and after their digital transformation. Jellyfish’s expansion follows previous acquisitions with a significant investment from Fimalac Group in 2019.
With NEON joining, the Group represents a new kind of business. The enhanced group will allow clients to create, adapt, connect and optimise their marketing assets. Enhanced with consulting and training services (Jellyfish is one of a select few Google Marketing Platform Partners) as well as the Group’s proprietary, cutting-edge technology delivers the best possible experience for clients.
“Joining the Jellyfish Group is all about creating a 360 service offer for our clients that complements our core services of global production, global localization and marketing performance, supported by consultancy and technology. The added geographic reach and resources of Jellyfish strengthen our core service offerings, but more importantly add real depth in terms of a deep understanding of the global digital platforms, particularly Google, Facebook and Amazon, to deliver communications that perform better. With deep data and insights, digital media buying, e-commerce, training and technology expertise, together with our 2,000 colleagues around the world, we now have the scale and expertise to build true global partnerships with existing and new clients”.
Paul Stonebridge, CEO, Splash Worldwide
“Joining Jellyfish is an exciting step for NEON consulting. It expands our global reach providing immediate access to new territories. It extends our capabilities beyond creative and production technologies and stretches our capabilities across entire MarTech stacks. The synergies we found between our cultures and aspirations were really strong and this sets us up for an exciting 2021 and beyond.”
